AWS re:Invent 2013 Best of Show: The Winners

AWS reinvent the winnersThe AWS re:Invent floor this year was much more vibrant than last year. It included remarkable cloud products’ promotions made by the 189 conference sponsors, some of which only began their ventures one year ago. Naturally, the ‘experienced’ vendors made themselves known, with more lavish displays and a larger staff headcount, but that is to be expected.

My time at AWS re:Invent, however, was spent a little differently than last year. I was accompanied by my brilliant partners, Andy McCaskey from SDRNews and Business Disrupted blogger, Cameron Peron, holding inspiring media interviews to hear the exhibitors’ takes on the event, as well as learning more about how their offerings and business values benefit AWS users.
I truly feel honored to have had the opportunity to become acquainted with 98% of the exhibitors, leaders, products and the like. Based on the knowledge we acquired from these extraordinary people, Mr. Peron and I nominated the exhibitors who we considered The Best of Show among the innovative startups and companies exhibited at the event.
>> NOTE: If you’ve been named one of our re:Invent Best of Show, I welcome you to set up a brief interview to have your full story featured on I am OnDemand and Business Disrupt,  Here is your opportunity to join the growing community of startups and established companies that reap the benefits of this singular blog.
The winners were nominated based on the following criteria:

  • Offering – overall offering of the company or service
  • Goodies – cool free stuff like  t-shirts and giveaways
  • Booth layout – signage and access
  • Pitch – delivery and power of the message
  • Booth Vibe and Energy – attractiveness and accessibility
